The surface is made from an American oak real wood veneer. It is supplied factory finished with two coats of clear satin lacquer, requiring no additional surface treatment prior to installation. Internally, the door is built with an engineered particleboard core, a construction method chosen to provide structural stability and minimise the risk of warping over time Constructed to a premium 54mm thickness, it retains a high-quality, weighty feel that noticeably reduces noise travel and improves heat retention between rooms.
